I have seen a ton of stamps that are AGAINST the 2008 Olympics for very ignorant reasons. I decided to start a series of stamps to uphold the true spirit of Olympics and not focus on politics.

For all the annoying people who want to boycott the olympics because of their hate against China, get a life. The olympics is about sports. Not politics! Flames will be ignored/reported. If you don't support the Olympics go somewhere else.

Please :+fav: if you use it

Finally...something for the Olympics. I liked them even if the politics were there somewhat. I liked those Olympic games from the opening ceremony. Though I wish there was a stamp with all the mascots on them, but I do like Huan Huan and the panda. (forgot his name..lol)

Love it! It's kind of a moot point now, since the Olympics are long over, but this issue is still important to me. I'm an American living in Beijing at the moment, and it makes me so mad to hear people back home bash China and the Olympics without having a clue what they're talking about. Despite the fact that Chinese issues are much more complex than a 'Free Tibet' bumper sticker, the Olympics are for the PEOPLE, not for one government or another, and a country's people does not equal the actions of their government. These Olympics meant the world to the Chinese people, and I'm so proud for them that the games were so spectacular.

On a lighter note, I love the Fuwa!! Huan Huan is my favorite :)
